DANI GALI LINTON, is the CEO of CV Gracetton Financial Management and he has more than 25 years of experience at investment management firms and banks across both retail and institutional platforms globally. He has held senior executive positions at some of the most prominent financial organizations in the Asian region and middle east. Dani Gali Linton is a graduate of Banking and Finance from the prestigious Harvard University and a Masters Degree in Management from the University of Jakarta. He brings many years of leadership experience to his role on the Board of Directors, including his extensive background in executive management and sales.

Chief Financial Officer

AFNI AFFIATI, Chief Financial Officer joined CV Gracetton Financial Management in 2018, bringing more than 30 years of industry experience, including 13 years as the Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Investment Officer of several companies in Asia. He began his career in 1981, where he started as a sales representative and went onto a variety of management positions. He also has served in multiple management and financial positions within the company. AFNI AFFIATI, earned his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

LULU NABILA
Financial Secretary

LULU NABILA has over 25 years experience in international business across financial services, banking and renewable energy. She joined CV Gracetton Financial Management from (Bank Rakyat Indonesia) BRI Bank where she was a member of the Group's Executive Committee. She previously held positions as Chief Operating Officer and Finance Director at other firms in Europe. She brings with her more than 25 years of corporate finance experience. Lulu Nabila has gained all-round knowledge in respect of the development of the Indonesian financial service industry and has established a strong network through working with both international and local financial companies across the globe. She holds a Master of Business Administration with distinction in Finance.

ARIANDY FEBRIANTO
Head of Operations

ARIANDY FEBRIANTO oversees the strategic management of the firm and is responsible for driving growth and preserving the firm's unique culture. As an industry veteran and trusted head of operations, he advises entrepreneurs and executives on their overall business needs. Over the past 20 years his focus as an executive and entrepreneur has been on funding, investing in and building asset management companies. He has been successful in building and managing high performing teams operating in both public and private capital markets. Working with both alternative and traditional strategies. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Durham University and an M.B.A. from Imperial College London.

RAMZI MANURUN
Resource Manager

RAMZI MANURUN, Our Resource Manager Obtained his Bachelor of Resource Management from STIA Panglima Sudirman in 1992. Also, an Honorary Expert Member at the Indonesian Banker Institute. Served as Compliance Assistant in 1998 to 2001. Started his banking career as an Administrative Staff at Bank Bumi Daya-Denpasar and held various positions in Bank Bumi Daya (Known as Bank Mandiri) with the last position as Resource Manager (2014 – 2018). In 2018 he joined CV Gracetton Financial Management (CGFM) as the head of Resource Management.

FRED DARAWATI
Financial Management

FRED DARAWATI leads CV Gracetton Financial Management Treasury & Capital Markets Team. he assists with investment manager due diligence, asset allocation modeling, and implementation and travels the world searching for the best investment managers for the firm clients. He was appointed to the board in June 2018 and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining CV Gracetton Financial Management, he held several key management positions in several Asian firms. He is responsible for performing analysis of risk, premium levels, break-even probabilities, and general reserving practices for clients. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Economics from International College of Indonesia.
